1. About SetCrowd

SetCrowd ("the Service") is a free, entertainment-only platform where users predict the winners of tennis matches and earn points on virtual leaderboards. The Service is not a gambling, betting, or wagering product. No money or item of monetary value can be won, deposited, or withdrawn. The Service may display betting odds and links to third-party sportsbooks for informational purposes only; these are not available to minors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide a valid email address and to choose a username that complies with our community rules (no offensive, hateful, or impersonating names). We may rename or suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to game the leaderboards.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
• Post or transmit unlawful, harassing, or harmful content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the Service.

5. Predictions and points

Points are awarded based on odds available before each match. Match results, odds, and schedules are entered manually or sourced from public providers; we make a best effort to keep them accurate but do not guarantee accuracy. We may recalculate, void, or correct predictions at any time if a match is delayed, replayed, abandoned, or scored incorrectly.

6. Content and intellectual property

All site content, branding, design, and code belong to SetCrowd or its licensors. Player names, tournament names, and scores are used for informational purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
